1. Services

Interiors by TB provides interior design services including fix & flip design, virtual design, and related consulting. All services are subject to project agreements and availability.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate project information and timely communication. Final selections, purchases, and installations are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise stated in a signed design agreement.

3. Payments

All fees, retainers, and add-on services are outlined in your proposal or invoice. Payment confirms your acceptance of those terms. All design fees are non-refundable once work begins.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, images, renderings, and design materials on this site belong to Interiors by TB and may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without written consent.

5. Liability

Interiors by TB is not responsible for damages, delays, or errors caused by third-party contractors, suppliers, or shipping vendors. Recommendations are based on professional judgment but final implementation is at the client’s discretion.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept any revisions.
